2. DATA PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- GAMLAUNCH retrieves game metadata, including but not limited to, icons, banners, and store information from publicly accessible Steam CDN endpoints (cdn.cloudflare.steamstatic.com).
- Use of this application implies that you understand these assets are hosted by third parties. We do not store or claim ownership of these copyrighted assets.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent this Public License may be interpreted as a contract, You are granted the Licensed Rights in consideration of Your acceptance of these terms and conditions, and the Licensor grants You such rights in consideration of benefits the Licensor receives from making the Licensed Material available under these terms and conditions.
